Our extensive team of consultants and trainers are all experienced managers, selected for their extensive knowledge and skills. Each holds vocational qualifications in their area of expertise, along with adult teaching qualifications. Calvin Hanks, MSc, FIH, ACIEH, FISQEM, MIIRSM. Calvin Hanks, who has extensive experience in management and operational issues, especially within the hospitality industry
Doral Hayes, BA (Hons), FRSH, CIM Doral has worked in management roles within the commercial, statutory and non-profit sectors over the last 14 years. She holds a Professional Diploma in Marketing is a Licensed Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming, is registered to use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator as well as holding a Diploma in Performance Coaching (Business).
David Gaines, FCIPD, MCMI David has extensive experience in management and specifically in training for leadership and personal development. He is a Member of the Chartered Management Instiute and a FCIPD in Human Resource Management and Development.
